Dear brother & friend,
It is my pleasure to come across your nice site by mere chance.
I had a good another chance to visit Baghdad (Darassalam) in
1968 or 1969 (being 70 years old,I'm too old to remember the
exact date!)It was in April, during a poetry festival, when
al-Baker was the president; just before the advent of the last
dictator.
Anyhow, I hope to read your touching poetry in both languages,
Arabic & english.
I know frankly that my English is not good enough to be like
yours in USA, or like those in UK, but I hope to express myself
in a simple and acceptable wae way.
This message is just to say 'Hi', hoping to extend a kind of
fruitful contacts of poetry and points of views.
